To submit an attempt on VideoGameLive, fill in the form at the bottom of the Challenges page. You'll need to provide your gamer handle, select the challenge you completed, paste your clip URL (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.), name the game title, and describe what you did. All submissions must be received before Sunday at 23:59 UTC, and the team reviews every entry before the cutoff.

The Zero-Death Speedrun Sprint requires players to complete any game's first three levels without taking a single hit — the fastest time wins. Any platform and any game are allowed. Players must record their full run, keep the HUD visible at all times with no health bar mods, and submit before Sunday at 23:59 UTC. The top three finishers get featured on the Community page, and the winner also receives a VideoGameLive feature and community shoutout.

The Blindfold Boss Kill challenge requires players to defeat any boss encounter while keeping their eyes closed for at least 30 seconds. Any game with a distinct boss encounter qualifies. Players must film themselves with their camera on their face to verify the attempt. The most creative attempt wins the bonus slot, and the winning clip gets spotlighted on the VideoGameLive /clips feed.

The top spot on the VideoGameLive challenge leaderboard is held by xNovaPulse, who completed the Zero-Death Speedrun Sprint in 1 minute 42 seconds. Second place goes to GlitchWarden with 1 minute 59 seconds on the same challenge, and third place is held by StellarKai99 with a Blindfold Boss time of 2 minutes 14 seconds. The leaderboard refreshes weekly.

VideoGameLive updates its viral gaming challenges weekly. Each week features both a main challenge (currently the Zero-Death Speedrun Sprint) and a simultaneous bonus challenge (currently the Blindfold Boss Kill), meaning both are open at the same time and players can participate in either or both during the same weekly window before the Sunday 23:59 UTC deadline.
